PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nucleic acid construct enabling the production of secreted protein in vivo or in vitro, in order to respond to the need of producing the above construct for applying it to treatments. PSOLUTION: A heterologous polypeptide comprising a secretion leader and a second polypeptide is provided. In this heterologous polypeptide, the secretion leader is operably joined to the N-terminal of the second polypeptide, wherein, the secretion leader, in nature, is not joined to the second polypeptide in such a manner, and contains the leader sequence of a secretable protein.
