PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To precisely analyze a situation in occurrence of a traffic accident that occurs due to various traffic accident causes based on an accident image photographed by an on-vehicle camera. PSOLUTION: This traffic accident analyzing device 1 includes a display part 13 outputting information; an operating part 15 receiving input operation; an image input part 11 inputting a moving image; and an arithmetic processing part 19 having a projection converting part 193 converting optional pixel coordinates on a static image constituting the moving image, into a ground coordinate system set on the basis of the installed position of the on-vehicle camera, and an other object displacement amount computing part 197 computing the displacement amount of objects to be analyzed, included in the moving image photographed by the on-vehicle camera based on the ground coordinates corresponding to the optional pixel coordinates converted by the projection converting part.
