PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multi-purpose Japanese cushion with which an explanation regarding the method how to give stretch effect by what kind of system is provided specifically, unlike the other conventional suggestions for the stretch and muscular strength building where key words such as stretch and muscular strength building are only referred to.;SOLUTION: The Japanese cushion is composed of base materials made of sponge, one side of which is rounded off in the top surface to form an inclined portion, and a groove part is arranged in the inclined portion. This multipurpose Japanese cushion is used to improve stretch effect and muscular strength building in the anteflexion stretch exercises of the upper part of the body, or to prevent backache in the sitting cross-legged posture, by putting the hipbone on the groove part, and putting the femoral region on the inclined portion to bend the hipbone forward.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
