PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ceramic heater capable of improving efficiency of production while preventing the occurrence of warpage, to provide a gas sensor element with a built-in ceramic heater, and to provide a method of manufacturing the ceramic heater.;SOLUTION: The ceramic heater 1 includes a heating element 11 for heating by turning on electricity, a first laminate 12 for printing the heating element 11 on an external surface 120, a second laminate 13 for laminating on the external surface 121 at a side where the heating element 11 of the first laminate 12 is printed, an external electrode pad 14 arranged on the external surface 121 opposite to a side where the heating element 11 of the first laminate 12 is printed, and a heater lead section 211 for electrically connecting between the external electrode pad 14 and the heating element 11. The first laminate 12 is formed by laminating a plurality of first substrate sections 120 made of the same ceramic component, and the second laminate 13 is formed by laminating a plurality of second substrate sections 130 made of the same ceramic component.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
