PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a product with which in the case of cast-inserting with an aluminum alloy to a cylinder-liner, etc., in a cast iron-made internal combustion engine, etc., the stickiness at the mutual interfaces is more stabled with lower manufacturing cost, in comparison with the conventional product.;SOLUTION: The cast iron member for cast-in, is the cylindrical shaped cast iron member with roughly-made outer circumferential wall surface which provides a splayed coating roughened with a plurality of projected parts formed by sticking momentarily solidified molten droplet splash while colliding the molten droplet of molten metal on the outer circumferential wall face of the cylindrical cast iron member rotated at high speed in the circumferential direction.
