PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for preparing a concentrate of von Willebrand factor or a complex of factor VIII/von Willebrand factor, and the use thereof. PSOLUTION: The method comprises (a) the preparation of a solution of von Willebrand factor or a complex of factor VIII/von Willebrand factor containing the VWF at a VWF:RCo concentration of 12 IU/mL and a von Willebrand factor/factor VIII ratio of 0.4, and the start of nanofiltration of the solution prepared by the step (a) through a filter having a pore size of 35 nm.
