PEARL NUCLEUS, CULTURED PEARL BY USING THE SAME AND METHOD FOR CULTURING PEARL

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pearl nucleus for forming a cultured pearl having a desired form, the cultured pearl obtained by using the pearl nucleus and a method for culturing the pearl.;SOLUTION: In order to culture a heart-formed cultured pearl 1, the heart-formed pearl nucleus 10 used for being inserted into a pearl oyster is formed as an approximate heart type having a curved line recessed part 11, forming the curved line recessed part 11 as a projecting smooth curved line and facing in lower direction by a frontal view to prevent the stay of hemocytes and germ cells 50 of parent shell under the cultured condition, and also in other words, forming its upper direction by a frontal view as a U-shape opening in left and right width direction and further as an upward-facing protruding streamline shape in its thickness direction.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
