PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical solution cartridge and a medical solution injection device accurately dosing a patient with a highly-concentrated medicine by a minute flow rate of 1 mL/h or lower.;SOLUTION: The medical solution injection device comprises a medical solution storage part; a liquid feeding means communicating with the medical solution storage part; a buffer tank part communicating with the liquid feeding means; a flow rate measuring means for measuring the flow rate of the fed medical solution; a mounting part detachably mounting the medical solution cartridge composed of the liquid feeding means and an electric contact for controlling the flow rate measuring means from outside; a pressure-contact connector part located at a position facing the electric contact when the medical solution cartridge is mounted; a setting means for setting the medical solution injection flow rate, etc.; and a control means for controlling the medical solution cartridge by feeding back the medical solution flow rate information obtained from the medical solution cartridge to the set medical solution injection flow rate via the connector part.
