PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a joint structure with a seismic response control function of a wooden member which is installed between the columns or beams of a building and which damps vibration in an earthquake to easily perform the seismic response control of the building and also provide a joint device with a seismic response control function.;SOLUTION: In this joint structure, a beam member 11 installed vertically and a beam member 16 placed on one surface thereof in a T-shape are joined to each other by the joint device 20 comprising a pipe member 21, a mounting plate 27 and a coiled spring 28 inserted into the pipe member, a pin member 29, and a bolt member 31. The pipe member 21 in which the coiled spring 28 and the mounting plate 27 are inserted is slidably inserted into the insertion hole 17 of the beam member 16, and affixed to the beam member 16 by the pin member 29. The bolt member 31 is inserted into the mounting hole 12 of the beam member 11 from the opposite surface 11b side, and an end screw section 33 is screwed into the screw hole 27a of the mounting plate 27.
