PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To closely arrange a plurality of plate-like parts on a target wall surface of a building with good yield and reduced construction cost.;SOLUTION: The corresponding target wall surface is divided into a plurality of areas by parting lines. Any one of the parting lines is invalidated, or any one of the areas is further divided, whereby all the areas can be cut from an original sheet. A part or a set of parts which can be cut from one original sheet is selected, and the selected part(s) are blank-laid on each original sheet. (construction cost K= the number of original sheets M×original sheet unit cost+ the number of parts N×construction unit price) is calculated. The position of the parting lines and the combination of blank layout are changed to determine a shape of the part at a minimum value of the construction cost K and an optimum blank layout thereof.
