PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To deposit a surface reformed film layer having excellent base adhesiveness, alkaline resistance, dew-rust resistance, top-coating adhesiveness, and damaging resistance on a surface of a hot-dip coated steel member.;SOLUTION: The surface reformed film layer is formed by bringing a surface of a hot-dip coated steel member into contact with aqueous treatment liquid containing (A) colloid disperse substances, (B) additional colloid component (a) different from the colloid (A) in metal species and/or basic compound component (b) of the metal different from the metal species in the colloid disperse substances and (C) alkaline or alkaline earth metal compound component as necessary while the surface of the hot-dip coated steel member is active.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
