摘要

Considerable amount of Mn, Si, Cr, Mo have to be added to cold-rolled and galvanealed DP steels in guarantee of a ferrite/martensite dual phase microstructure. However, those elements could segregate and enriched to the surface of the sheet and therefore affect galvanealing behavior of such steels. The paper firstly studies the influence of substrate chemical compositions and annealing parameters to the surface segregation behavior of the above mentioned alloys using an annealing simulator. Thereafter, the morphology of coatings delivered under different annealing parameters of industrially cold-rolled and galvanealed DP steels are analyzed and discussed.
