PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device and method for producing a bone regeneration composition simply and quickly producing the bone regeneration composition in a closed system without performing a cultivation; a bone regeneration composition and a bone regeneration method.;SOLUTION: Bone regeneration-related cells related to the bone regeneration are captured using a cell separator 1. A washing liquor is injected into the cell separator 1 using a collection syringe 5 to allow the bone regeneration-related cells to flow out from the cell separator 1. The bone regeneration-related cells flowing out from the cell separator 1 are collected in a mixing container 6, and mixed with supports in the mixing container 6. The separation of the bone regeneration-related cells from a specimen containing the bone regeneration-related cells related to the bone regeneration and the mixing of the bone regeneration-related cells with the supports are thus performed in the closed system as a series of operations.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
