PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sound insulating structure of a soundproof box having an opening portion provided at a low position relative to a noise generation source.;SOLUTION: The soundproof box 10 has the opening portion 11 formed in its side wall at the low position relative to the noise generation source 30. The opening portion 11 is covered with a plurality of parallel louvers 20(201-20n) inclined upwardly in the widthwise direction toward the inside of the soundproof box 10. Shielding parts 21(211-21n) are formed at widthwise end portions (201a-20na) of the louvers directed toward the inside of the soundproof box 10. The shielding parts 21 extend from the louvers 20 in such a manner that they are inclined more gently than the inclination angle of the louvers 20 or they are inclined oppositely to the louvers.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
