PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the network performance prediction system capable of accurately removing outliers.;SOLUTION: The network performance prediction system includes a measured value acquiring portion, an analysis data creating portion, an outlier removing portion, and a regression analysis portion. The measured value acquiring portion acquires a time series data composed of a pair of a measured value information indicative of the communication performance of a network and a time information indicative of a time of measurement. The analysis data creating portion processes the time series data acquired by the measured value acquiring portion, and creates data for analysis. Among the data for analysis created by the analysis data creating portion, the outlier removing portion determines outlier information as information not be used for regression analysis and removes the determined outlier information from the data for analysis. The regression analysis portion calculates an estimated value by regression analysis, based on the data for analysis, from which the outlier information is removed by the outlier removing portion.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
