PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect data with high illegality which is distributed and opened to the public.;SOLUTION: This illegal information detecting device 1 detects information with high illegality from retrieval result information obtained by retrieval on the basis of a retrieval condition about information opened to the public on a network. The illegal information detecting device 1 includes a retrieval result information storing part 11 for storing retrieval result information, a feature extracting means 12 for extracting a feature quantity from the retrieval result information stored in the retrieval result information storing part 11, and making the extracted feature quantity correspond to the retrieval result information to store them into a feature quantity storing part 13, a similarity calculating means 14 for calculating a similarity between each retrieval result information from the plurality of feature quantities stored in the feature quantity storing part 13 and determining whether similarity exists between the retrieval result information on the basis of the calculated similarity, and an illegality detecting means 15 which, when the number of pieces of the retrieval result information determined to be similar by the similarity calculating means 14 exceeds a prescribed value, detects the retrieval result information as information with high illegality.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
