PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rail corrective grinding-apparatus, a rail corrective grinding method and a rail corrective grinding vehicle facilitating the replacement work of a grinding tool piece and reducing rolling noises caused by corrective grinding marks with an inexpensive simple structure.;SOLUTION: A control device 24 controls the operation of hydraulic circuits 15c, 16c of moving devices 15, 16 so that the hydraulic circuits 15c, 16c supply or discharge a working fluid to or from cylinder parts 15a, 16a until the grinding tool piece 6 contacts a head top face R1 in a predetermined attitude. The control device 24 then controls the operation of a driving force generating part 10 of a driving device 7 to rotate rotation bodies 8A-8D to move a winding member 9 by rotationally driving a driving shaft 8a of the rotation body 8A by the driving force generating part 10, and the grinding tool piece 6 continuously moves in the length direction of the rail R while being in contact with the head top face R1.
