PROGNOSIS ESTIMATION METHOD AND KIT FOR ADULT T-CELL LEUKEMIA AND LYMPHOMA

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for preparing data for providing prognosis-estimating data usable for estimating ATLL prognosis, specifically, estimating possibility of HTLV-I carrier outbreak, forecasting progression to aggressive disease types, and a kit for inspecting prognosis estimation therefor.;SOLUTION: The method for preparing prognosis estimation data includes selecting ≥2 kinds of genes as objective genes from the gene group consisting of SHP1 gene, p15 gene, p16 gene, p73 gene, hMLH1 gene, MGMT gene, DAPK gene and HCAD gene of isolated peripheral blood nuclear cells, searching for methylation profiles of the CpG island in the promotor zone of those genes, and CIMP based on the same, and calculating ATLL outbreak and progressive danger scores.
