METHOD FOR SOLUBILIZING PLANT TISSUE BY USING ENZYME, AND MIXED ENZYME PREPARATION

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for efficiently solubilizing a plant tissue by heightening degradation power of cellulase without increasing a cost for pretreatment in a method for solubilizing the plant tissue by using the cellulase.;SOLUTION: The method for solubilizing the plant tissue includes allowing the cellulase, chlorogenic acid esterase and tannase to act at random, sequentially or simultaneously. Preferably, the cellulase of 0.216-126 units, the chlorogenic acid esterase of 0.00006-0.06 unit and the tannase of 0.002-2 units are allowed to act on the plant tissue of 1 g.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
