PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bust pad for a breast excised woman to enable her to improve the quality of life.;SOLUTION: Thick silk cloth (skin contact layer), thin knitting layer (inner layer) or thin silk knitting (skin contact layer), and chemical fiber or kilt core cotton (intermediate layer) to be the bottom layer are cut into a breast shape and the upper parts are sewed together. Thin knitting (inner layer), nonwoven fabric (intermediate layer) and thin knitting (outer layer, lace specification) to be the top layer are cut into a breast shape so as to form a swelling and the upper parts are sewed together. The bottom and top layers are overlapped and sewed together along the outer periphery except the above sewed together parts to form a bag shape body with an opening part. Small particles of natural pearl, plastic beads, and chemical fiber particles cotton are filled into the bag shape body through the opening part. Then the opening part is sewed to form the bust pad. A lymph cover part is formed by connecting the skin contact layer of the bottom layer and the outer layer of the top layer. A pocket and a snap can be attached to the pad.
