PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide: a plane microwave antenna which has high directivity, is capable of coping with a high frequency as well and is excellent in a broadband property; a one-dimensional microwave antenna; and a two-dimensional microwave antenna array.;SOLUTION: As for the plane microwave antenna An, on both surfaces of a substrate 20 comprising a dielectric, dipoles 21 and 22 and microstrip lines 23 and 24 for feeding power to the dipoles 21 and 22 are printed. Of both surfaces of the substrate 20, a waveguide device 27 and a reflector 28 separated from the dipole 21 are printed on the first surface, and a plane Yagi-Uda antenna comprises the waveguide device 27, the reflector 28 and the dipoles 21 and 22. On the second surface of the substrate 20, a tapered balun 26 connected to the microstrip line 24 of the second surface and a ground conductor 25 connected to the tapered balun 26 are printed.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
