METHOD FOR FINE GRANULATION OF POWDER, METHOD FOR SURFACE COATING OF POWDER, AND SURFACE-COATED POWDER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for fine granulation of a powder and a method for surface coating of a powder which are capable of preventing occurrence of a problem caused in the fine granulation process of a first powder and evenly depositing the first powder to the surface of a second powder while suppressing agglomeration of the first powder and pulverization of the second powder.;SOLUTION: A second powder with higher hardness than that of a first powder and a liquid are mixed to produce a slurry S in a container 104. Successively, the slurry S in the container 104 is irradiated with ultrasonic waves by using an ultrasonic oscillator 101 to finely granulate the first powder. In this case, the second powder works as a fine granulation medium for the first powder. Next, when the slurry S is dried, the finely granulated first powder is deposited on the surface of the second powder by the surface tension of the liquid at the time of drying.
