PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a city water faucet with a usage measuring instrument allowing the usage of city water to be visually confirmed during use.;SOLUTION: The city water faucet with the usage measuring instrument comprises an impeller 6 storage container 4 including an impeller 6 rotated by water flowing in a water pipe, and an indicator 5 changing the level of a filled liquid 9 by the rotation of the impeller 6. The indicator 5 comprises a liquid container 7 formed in vertical type double cylinder shape having an inner cylinder 12 and an outer cylinder 13; a piston 8 liftably fitted into the inner cylinder 12; the filled liquid 9; a rotation-linear motion converting mechanism 10; and a resetting energizing means 11. A space between the inner cylinder 12 and outer cylinder 13 communicates with a space in the inner cylinder 12 at the lower end, and the whole or a part of the outer cylinder 13 is made transparent. The filled liquid 9 is stored from the space between the inner cylinder 12 and outer cylinder 13 to the space below the piston 8 in the inner cylinder 12. The rotation-linear motion converting mechanism 10 converts the rotation of the impeller 6 into the lifting operation of the piston 8.
