PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a price negotiation system or the like, capable of preventing a case where profit cannot be secured due to implementation of unnecessary price reduction, by automatically performing confirmation of genuineness/falseness of information from a purchaser and price of a commodity and service, and trust investigation as to whether a site is a trusty site or not, and of finding an effective competing store.;SOLUTION: In this price negotiation system wherein a plurality of seller side devices and purchaser side devices are connected, the purchaser side device transmits purchaser's desired price information showing the price of the desired commodity or service, and other store price information or the like of the other stores presenting neighborhood price information to the seller side devices. The seller side device stores price information of the commodity or the service sold by a seller, receives the purchaser's desired price information and other store information from the purchaser side device, performs trust investigation of the other stores and price investigation of the commodity and the service of the other stores based on the other store information, and generates new price information limited to a purchase applicant according to the purchaser's desired price information when other store trust information and the other store price information of an investigation result are nearly equal to the other store information.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
