DISASTER OBSERVATION SYSTEM AND DISASTER ANALYSIS PROGRAM

摘要

PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To exactly locate an occurring location of disaster without increase of maintenance manpower when a lot of disaster sensor units are installed. PSOLUTION: The disaster analysis system includes: a disaster sensor unit 100 which senses occurrence of disaster and transmits the sensed signal indicating occurrence of disaster up in the air by using simultaneously two kinds of beams that have different wavelengths; a disaster observation unit (mounted on airship 20) which photographs the signal transmitted from the disaster sensor unit 100 in the midair; a disaster analysis unit (installed at disaster countermeasure center 40) which locates the location where two kinds of beams are simultaneously launched by analyzing images captured by the disaster observation unit, and determines the class of the disaster which is indicated by the signal transmitted form the location.
