An economic value in terms of energy savings as to the amount of money equivalent to CO2 reduction is computed from a unit price of CO2 reduction and a unit price of the energy-saving effect. Either the value in terms of energy savings is added to the amount of money equivalent to the energy-saving effect to compute a corresponding amount of money equivalent to the energy-saving effect, or an economic value in terms of CO2 reduction is computed as to the amount of money equivalent to the energy-saving effect.
