PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for selecting a place to buy and a place to recycle by evaluating carbon consumption from purchase to disposal of a product.;SOLUTION: The apparatus for selecting a place to buy and a place to recycle includes: a purchase/recycle route storage part which stores a purchase/recycle route as a route from purchase to recycle of the product and is obtained by combining the place to buy and the place to recycle; a carbon amount storage part which stores a carbon amount consumed when purchasing the product from the place to buy and a carbon amount consumed or generated when recycling the product at the place to recycle for each place to buy and place to recycle; a carbon amount calculation part which totals carbon amounts read from the carbon storage part for each purchase recycle route read from the purchase recycle route storage part to calculate a carbon amount consumed or generated with the purchase/recycle of the product; and a purchase/recycle route selection part which outputs a carbon amount calculated by the carbon amount calculation part and a purchase/recycle route.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
