PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inner liner for a pneumatic tire which keeps an exfoliation force improved between a resin film layer and a rubber-like resilient layer, a break resistant characteristic increased at the time of its bending, and cracks hardly producible. PSOLUTION: This inner liner for a pneumatic tire has a resin film layer (A)9 and a rubber resilient layer (B)10 adhering to each other through an adhesive agent layer (C)11, wherein the surface of the resin film layer (A)9 facing at least to the adhesive agent layer (C)11 is processed with oxidization treatment.
