PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light-emitting element type decoration device for a game machine, which improves in luminosity not only in the center but also in periphery and excels in optical decorative effect, and to provide a game machine winning device using the same.;SOLUTION: A platform board 4 has a base section 10 for fixing to a board face 200 of a game board and a light guide section 20 which is integrally polymerized with the base section 10. The base section 10 is formed in a plate which has a prescribed width when viewed from the game player side (front side), then, while a ball passage surface 11 for passing game balls is formed in the front side in which the game player is located, a mounting face 12 for attaching to the board face 200 of the game board is formed in the opposite side (the rear side). The light guide section 20 spreads horizontally along the board face 200 in the side of the mounting face 12 of the base section 10, while its rear face 21 partially contacts to the board face 200. A light-emitting section 30 has: two LED elements 31, 31 arranged in the board face 200 (namely, the mounting face 12 of the base section 10) so that the light axis O1 can go parallely meet; and a light-emitting base board 32 in which the LED elements 31, 31 are implemented.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
