PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make inquiries for respective observations and diagnoses clear if a plurality of observations and diagnoses are written in an image reading report by a plurality of image reading doctors. PSOLUTION: An image reading doctor belonging to an image reading department 6 reads a medical image 16 and creates an image reading report 20 via an image reading report creating terminal 12. A CPU 30 of the image reading report creating terminal 12 creates the image reading report 20 and report-attached information 21 as well. Observation and diagnosis identification information for identifying the written observation and diagnosis, and writer identification information for identifying the writer such as the image reading doctor who wrote the observation and diagnosis, etc. are correlated and recorded in the report-attached information 21. A CPU 24 of a diagnosis/treatment department terminal 10 selectively extracts and displays the observation and diagnosis written by each image reading doctor based on the report-attached information 21 when the image reading report 20 is displayed on a monitor 26.
