PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image reading report creation device capable of easily extracting an image reading report to be referenced by using an anatomical position.SOLUTION: An image reading report creation device configured to create an image reading report includes: a medical image storage part for storing a medical image; an image reading report information storage part for storing a plurality of image reading reports associated with the medical image; a report creation part for creating the image reading report associated with the medical image; an anatomical position detection part for detecting the anatomical position or portion of the local structure of a human body from the medical image associated by the report creation part; a report search part for searching the image reading report stored in the image reading report information storage part on the basis of the anatomical position or portion; and a display part for displaying the search result of the report search part.
