ON-BOARD TYPE WATER PLASMA HAZARDOUS WASTE DISPOSAL APPARATUS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an on-board type water plasma hazardous waste disposal apparatus which enables a treatment of a hazardous substance difficult in movement in the storage facility.;SOLUTION: The water plasma hazardous waste disposal apparatus is provided which charges the hazardous waste QQ directly into a jet stream of water plasma generated by an arc discharge to gasify the hazardous waste. A unit for plasma treatment 100 provided with a water plasma generator 10 is installed on the loading space of a truck P. A generating-implement unit 200 provided with an electric generator 43 is installed. A working area 300 is installed in which a treatment material tank 44 housing the hazardous waste QQ is installed. The unit for plasma treatment 100 is provided with the water plasma generator 10. The unit for plasma treatment 100 is provided with an exhaust treatment device 20 treating the waste in which the hazardous substance is gasified. These devices and a tank of water 30 keeping water for the treatment used for the water plasma generator 10 and the exhaust treatment device 20 are provided in a box-like unit having sound insulating properties.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
