PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To measure an amount of deposited bottom dross with a simple structure, inhibit the production of the bottom dross and eliminate the bottom dross at optimal timing.;SOLUTION: In a process of manufacturing a hot-dip galvanized steel sheet by immersing a steel sheet in a hot-dip galvanizing bath and galvanizing the surface of the steel sheet by passing it in the hot-dip galvanizing bath, this manufacturing method includes: measuring an electric resistance value in the hot-dip galvanizing bath (step S1); estimating a height of a deposit in the hot-dip galvanizing bath based on the measurement result (step S2); and inhibiting the deposit from being produced and/or from depositing on the steel sheet based on the estimated result (step S3 to step S11).;COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
