PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lightweight banking method capable of preventing props and wall surface material from being deformed by pressing force at the time of foaming and tensile force by shrinkage at the time of cooling, and largely shortening the construction period, as well as a lightweight banking structure in which the props and wall surface material are prevented from deformation or the like.;SOLUTION: The lightweight banking method of the invention is provided with a strut side buffer layer forming process, a banking side buffer layer forming process, and a lightweight banking forming process; and a foam layer forming process for the banking-side buffer layer is performed by a process for forming a foam layer for lightweight banking below the foam layer, where shrinking has ended, among laminated and the formed foam layers for lightweight banking.
