PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bottom surface anchor structure for a placement type steel plate cell method capable of easily improving stability at a low cost at the initial stage of intermediate filling execution after installation of a cell shell in the placement type steel plate cell method, and also to provide the replacement type steel plate cell method.;SOLUTION: In the placement steel plate cell method, when a cell structure is constructed by installing the cell shell 11 on the bottom of water G and then casting a filler to the inside thereof, the anchor structure 12 is mounted on the bottom surface of the cell shell and thereafter the cell shell is installed on the bottom of water, and then the filler is cast into the cell shell and is accumulated on the anchor structure, so that the cell structure is stabilized.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
