PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a curing agent for soil stabilization chemical liquids which obtains a desired curing time and desired strength in a small used amount when mixed with an alkali silicate aqueous solution and which has high homogeneity when formed into a water suspension.;SOLUTION: The curing agent for soil stabilization chemical liquids is a curing agent used in soil stabilization chemical liquids based on an alkali silicate aqueous solution. The curing agent for soil stabilization chemical liquids contains a hydrated lime with the maximum particle diameter of less than 600 μm ((a) component), II-type anhydrous gypsum with the maximum particle diameter of less than 90 μm ((b) component), and an anionic surfactant ((c) component).
