PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately protect the neck of a human body from a bullet by a bulletproof tool and bulletproof clothing that protect a human body from a bullet or a blade.;SOLUTION: The bulletproof tool 1 includes a neck protector 2 having a cylindrical shape and composed of a bulletproof material for protecting the neck of a human body, a sheet-like lower neck protector 3 composed of a bulletproof material having an attachment hole 3a formed therein in which the neck protector 2 is inserted and protecting the lower neck of the human body, and a bulletproof plate 7 for covering the neck protector 2 in a state of being inserted in the attachment hole 3a and the lower neck protector 3. A connecting portion K of the neck protector 2 and the lower neck protector 3 is covered by the bulletproof plate 7, so that the bullet M does not penetrate the connecting portion K, and the neck of the human body can be properly protected from a bullet.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
