PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly storage-stable nonionic oil-in-water organosiloxane emulsion composition which substantially does not contain ionic surfactant and which on a long-term basis does not undergo separation of the emulsion composition.;SOLUTION: The oil-in-water organosiloxane emulsion composition comprises (A) 100 pts.wt. organosiloxane or organosiloxane mixture represented by R_aSiO_(4-a)/2, wherein R is independently hydrocarbon group or hydroxyl group and is 1.8≤a≤2.2, (B) 0.5-35 pts.wt. organic-modified organosiloxane having organic groups selected from the group consisting of organic groups containing nitrogen atom and organic groups containing an epoxy group, (C) 0.5-35 pts.wt. nonionic surfactant, (D) 0.5-15 pts.wt. water-soluble solvent, and (E) water, wherein the content of (F) ionic surfactant in the composition is less than 0.1 pt.wt. per 100 pts.wt. component (A).;COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
