PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve speed and quality of clinical trial by controlling a whole process of clinical trial and to contribute to cost reduction.;SOLUTION: When entrusting clinical trial to an external agency dedicated to clinical trial, a pharmaceutical company requests clinical trial by accessing a clinical trial management device 10 using a terminal unit 30 for a pharmaceutical company. The company extracts a person ready for clinical trial from a clinical trial person list stored in a clinical trial person inventory database. The company sends an inquiry to a mobile phone of the extracted clinical trial person to check whether the person can go to the clinical trial agency for clinical trial. An appropriate clinical trial coordinator is discriminated based on capability skill and extracted from a clinical trial coordinator list stored in a CRCDB. Dispatch instruction data to the clinical trial agency is transmitted to the mobile phone of the extracted clinical trial coordinator. On receipt of the instruction, the clinical trial coordinator goes to the clinical trial agency based on a set-up schedule and supports the clinical trial of the clinical trial person.
