PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To permit an access to a wed site related to a description, while limited to a reader of purchasing a printed matter such as a magazine, a book, a newspaper and catalogue.;SOLUTION: An optional character sequence called as a link code is determined in each description on the printed matter, and a list data thereof is registered to the wed site for executing authentication work. Only the link code is printed in the description on a page space. The reader accesses the web site providing a link function, and can access non-disclosed web site of carrying description related information, by inputting the link code printed in the description on the page space.
