PSOLUTION: A computer of a consultation data registration system 2 acquires personal information including a registration number and a group information of an examinee from an examinee information DB31 based on the registration number included in a telegram file 11 received from a clinical examination system 1, and acquires the registered examination data of the examinee from an examination result DB35 based on the acquired personal information, and determines an examination course from a course item information DB32 by using the acquired examination data and age information and group information, and determines the registration method of the examination data by referring to a course examination DB33, and registers the acquired examination data, age information, group information and examination course in an examination result DB35 by a determined registration method.
