PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide: a stratified powder material superior in conductivity and low in cost; an electrode material for non-aqueous electrolyte secondary battery and a negative electrode for non-aqueous electrolyte secondary battery, which can provide a non-aqueous electrolyte secondary battery high in discharge capacity, superior in cycle characteristic, and low in cost; and a non-aqueous electrolyte secondary battery using them. PSOLUTION: The stratified powder material comprises a layer ((A) layer) containing a semimetal element and a conductive material layer ((B) layer), where the (A) layer and the (B) layer are laminated, and an intermediate layer containing both constituent elements of the (A) layer and the (B) layer is arranged between the (A) layer and the (B) layer.
