PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a concrete surface reinforcing agent for simply reinforcing the surface of concrete with satisfactory cost effectiveness, and to provide a method therefor.;SOLUTION: The concrete surface reinforcing agent comprises organic dicarboxylic acid or the salt thereof, particularly a compound selected from the group consisting of citric acid or the salt thereof, malic acid or the salt thereof and glutamic acid or the salt thereof as an effective component.
