PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and quickly mount a mounting frame 5 of an air inlet/outlet means without using an electric driver and a flexible adaptor in the opened vent cylinder 1, without forming a slit on the opened vent cylinder 1, and without using strip members 4a, 4b which may rot such as a hook-and-loop fastener.;SOLUTION: Basic end sections b1 of the strip members 4a, 4b composed of metallic plate are fixed to two spots positioned at a depth side with respect to the mounting frame 5 of the inlet/outlet means on an inner face of the opened vent cylinder 1, and each strip member 4a is bent and engaged with a lower end part of the mounting frame 5 in a state that the mounting frame 5 is internally suitable for the opened vent cylinder 1.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
