The device has a valve body (15) with an elliptical housing with two openings, an end for inserting an air sleeve end piece or nozzle device and a cylindrical opening holding a cylindrical beaker, whereby the openings of the cylindrical beaker are defined by a round plastic ring clamped around the valve body. A spring in contact with the closed end of the beaker is attached at the other end to the valve body to control an inlet/outlet air flow and an opening/closing slot on the side wall of the beaker =allows air to flow from the cylindrical opening into an airbag.
