PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a liquid cleaning system advantageous in terms of the cost by considerably lessening the exchange frequency of a filter without decreasing the working efficiency.;SOLUTION: The liquid cleaning system has a recovery tank 15 for recovering a liquid containing impurities and a filter 17 for carrying out filtration treatment for the liquid recovered in the recovery tank 15 and since a centrifuge 35 (pretreatment means) for removing the impurities is installed in a liquid channel from the recovery tank 15 to the filter 17, a liquid from which the impurities are removed by the centrifuge 35 is supplied to the filter 17, and thus the load of the filtration treatment on the filter 17 is remarkably lowered.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
