PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing an organic/inorganic layer-shaped perovskite compound thin film capable of structural control.;SOLUTION: An organic solvent in which at least an organic ammonium salt is dissolved is expanded on a water phase in which at least a first inorganic halide composed of the halide of a group IV element or a transition metal and one or more kinds of second inorganic halides composed of the halide of alkali metal are dissolved, and the produced organic/inorganic layer-shaped perovskite monomolecular film is moved onto a substrate. In this way, an organic/inorganic layer-shaped perovskite compound thin film in which one or more organic layers composed of one or more organic ammonium ions and an inorganic layer composed of the halide ions of the group IV element or transition metal are alternately stacked is produced.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
