PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical instrument management system allowing the contents of a container to be easily confirmed. PSOLUTION: The medical instrument management system comprises a mobile terminal for medical instrument management, and a server device capable of communicating with the mobile terminal for medical instrument management. The mobile terminal for medical instrument management comprises a reading means for reading medical instrument individual identification information given to medical instruments, and container individual identification information given to the container for holding the medical instruments, and a transmitting means for transmitting the medical instrument individual identification information and the container individual identification information to the server device. The server device comprises a storage means for associating to store the medical instrument individual identification information and container individual identification information transmitted from the mobile terminal for medical instrument management.
