To provide a medical instrument capable of performing management easily.SOLUTION: A medical instrument 20 includes: a medical instrument body 22 having a resin member formed of a first resin material; and an identification mark 30 provided in the resin member and formed of a second resin material, and associated with predetermined information of the medical instrument body. The identification mark is provided in a connector 23D. The second resin material is a material different from the first resin material. An acryl resin is included for the second resin material. The identification mark includes two-dimensional code and GS1 code system (e.g., 26 digit number), etc. The identification mark includes predetermined information concerning the medical instrument body, for example, an upper-limit value of use count of the medical instrument body, the use count of the medical instrument body, the date and time using the medical instrument body, a worker name using the medical instrument body, etc. The identification mark is formed by foil transfer on the flat surface of the connector.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
