PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing tasty potato-containing bean curd refuse excellent in palate feeling comprising: pulverizing a large amount of granules of bean curd refuse as fine as possible by filtering operation with a mechanical means without using bean curd refuse as it is, so as to obtain so-called refined bean curd refuse; and combining the bean curd refuse with various kinds of potatoes: and to provide potato-containing bean curd refuse food.;SOLUTION: The method for producing potato-containing bean curd refuse comprises: supplying bean curd refuse obtained by separating soy milk as raw material for tofu to a rotary transfer filtering mechanism such as a screw disposed in a filtering tube provided with filtering holes around the cylindrical or circular conic outer periphery of the tube; stirring, cutting, and flatly crushing long-fiber solid components such as bean skin and embryo falling in bean curd refuse component, and short-fiber solid components such as fruit flesh between the rotary function of the rotary transfer filtering mechanism and the inner periphery of the filtering tube while transferring the bean curd refuse components, kneading the flatly crushed components to produce minute refined bean curd refuse through the filtering holes; combining raw or cooked potato with the refined bean curd refuse; and cooking the mixture according to preference.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
